Chinese HRC prices deteriorate in Vietnam

Chinese hot rolled coil prices slumped further in Vietnam last week as bearishness hit the Chinese domestic market, Kallanish notes. Some exporters were seen to be trying to lift offers slightly when Chinese steel futures prices stabilised towards the end of the week.
