Chinese flat producers hike October offers
Chinese flat producers Hegang, Bengang and Shougang, following Baosteel and Wugang, have all hiked their October offers for flat products. The market is still optimistic about October prices due to the recent surge in the market and the renewed impact of China-US trade frictions, Kallanish notes.
