Chinese steelmakers hold longs offers in early February
Eastern Chinese steel mills including Shagang, Yonggang and Zenith Steel have retained their construction long steel offers unchanged for the first ten days of February 2020. This happens even though futures markets dropped sharply after trading resumed on 3 February.
