China's shipbuilding completions speed up in September
China's shipbuilding completions accelerated in September, while new orders also rose from August thanks to the contribution of green powered ships.
According to the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry (CANSI), China's shipbuilding completions reached 27.8 million deadweight tonnes in January-September, seeing a 8.4% decline year-on-year. Completions in September alone reached 3.86m dwt, recovering by 24.92% from August.
