China's shipbuilding completions slump in July

China's shipbuilding completions fell back in July, accompanied by a marked contraction in new orders in the month. According to the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry (CANSI), shipbuilding completions in China reached 24.09 million deadweight tonnes in January-July, up by 15.6% y-o-y.
