China launches debt-for-equity swap bonds issuing guidance
China’s has launched issuing guidance for bonds related to debt-for-equity swaps. According to the guidance, banking creditors can issue debt-for-equity related bonds on inter-bank markets to institutional investors with a CNY 5 million ($719,000) bottom limit for each subscription, Kallanish notes.
