China's transport plan to boost infrastructure steel demand
China’s central government released a transport infrastructure construction plan for the next three years on 11 May, which details projects due to begin construction by the end of 2018. The plan suggests steel demand from infrastructure will rise steadily over next few years, Kallanish notes.
