Baowu launches second steel industry investment fund
China's Baowu Iron & Steel Group (Baowu) last week initiated the establishment of a steel industry capital operation platform. This will be the second such fund jointly-established with Baowu after the Siyuanhe Steel Industry Structural Adjustment Fund, which helped return Chongqing Iron & Steel to profit, Kallanish notes.
