Chelpipe supplies Russian-built nuclear project in Bangladesh
Chelpipe has supplied pipe for the construction of the first and second power units of the Rooppur nuclear power plant (NPP) in Bangladesh, the Russian steelmaker says.
Total shipments amounted to 3,500 tonnes of seamless pipe, blocks and pipeline parts, Kallanish notes. From those, more than 700t will be exported to the customer in the first half of 2021.
