Court rejects Celsa pre-stressing wire cartel case appeal
The Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg (CJEU) has rejected an appeal by the Celsa group. The steelmaker had protested the fine of €54.3 million ($63.2m) imposed last year on four companies controlled by the group in Spain, Kallanish learns from the court.
