Celsa to take legal action against former owner
Celsa has approved legal action against the steelmaker's former owner, Francesc Rubiralta, Kallanish notes.
“The group gave the green light to initiate social responsibility actions concerning possible responsibilities that occurred in the years in which he served as director of the company,” Celsa’s board stated during a shareholders meeting on Tuesday.
