Celsa initiates rolling mill construction at French unit
Celsa, Spain’s largest and Europe’s second-largest long products supplier, has announced the initiation of construction works to equip its billet plant in France with a rolling mill.
The plan was anticipated last year and is part of the development programme of the company for the years 2016-2022. The company will invest €60 million ($67.4m) in the new mill, Kallanish understands.
