Celsa gets go-ahead for French mill expansion
Spanish rebar producer Celsa has received the go-ahead from local authorities in Tarnos, France to build two new long products rolling mills alongside its existing plant, Kallanish learns from the local authorities. Tarnos is situated near the port of Bayonne on the Mediterranean.
The new facility would produce mainly rebar for the French and other European markets. The project however, is still under study by the company and therefore uncertain.
