Celsa receives UK shear processing plant approval
Celsa, the Spanish-headquartered steelmaking group with operations in the UK, received last week the go ahead from local authorities in Rotherham to build a new shear processing plant. This will feed its electric arc furnace-based mill in Wales, Kallanish notes.
