Capital and unplanned repairs slash Evraz third-quarter output
Steelmaker and miner Evraz saw crude steel output fall -10.3% on-quarter in the third quarter to 3.1 million tonnes. This came as it undertook scheduled capital repairs on blast furnace No.3 and due to an unexpected incident at the flagship Russian ZSMK mill, Kallanish notes.
