The Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) is initiating an expiry review of its October 2019 orders on hot rolled carbon steel plate originating in or exported from Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Romania, Kallanish learns.

This CBSA assessment is reevaluating the necessity and impact of the existing anti-dumping duties. The agency has committed to deciding by 6 March 2025 and will share its statement of reasons by 21 March 2025.
