Byelorussian Steel Works reaches 50 million tonnes' output
Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ) has this week surpassed 50 million tonnes of steel production since the steelworks was first commissioned 33 years ago.
The 50 millionth tonne comprised high-carbon C72D grade wire rod produced at BMZ’s electric arc furnace no.3 for shipment to European customers.
