Brazil’s steel sector raises on-year growth forecast
Brazilian steel sector ended the first half of 2021 with strong results, Kallanish notes. Local steelmakers’ association Instituto Aço Brasil (IAB) says the positive performance will remain throughout the year and has revised upward its outlook.
