Brazil's July steel production, consumption inch down

Brazil saw both steel production and consumption fall in July, for a consecutive month, Kallanish notes. According to local steelmakers’ association Instituto Aço Brasil (IAB)’s latest report, Brazil’s July crude steel output was 2.82 million tonnes, down 3.5% over June and also down 8.7% year-on-year.
