Brazil’s July automotive production recovers
Brazilian automotive production and domestic sales improved in July, while exports fell on-month. The sector’s performance, however, remained strong compared to the same period of 2021, Kallanish notes.
According to local automotive association Associação Nacional dos Fabricantes de Veículos Automotores (Anfavea), production increased 7.5% on-month in July to 218,950 vehicles. Output was also 33.4% higher compared to 164,156 units …
