Brazil's flats exports recover in April, except alloys

Brazil’s flat steel exports increased month-on-month in April. However, alloy shipments slipped, Kallanish notes. According to the latest Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) data, carbon flat-rolled plated and coated steel exports reached 33,600 tonnes in April, compared with 19,800t in March.
