Brazil's CSN forms joint venture with Asian partners
Brazil’s Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) has announced the formation of a new joint venture, Congonhas Minérios S.A., with several Asian partners, Kallanish learns from the Brazilian steelmaker. The companies involved in the joint venture are Itochu, JFE Steel Corporation, Posco, Kobe Steel, Nisshin Steel and China Steel Corp.
