Brazil`s CSN considers sale of Usiminas' shares: sources
Brazilian steelmaker Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) is considering the sale of its minority stake in fellow steel producer Usiminas, according to Brazilian media. The local newspaper Estadão reports that Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are actively pursuing investors to complete the deal during this month.
