Brazil’s automotive production slows sequentially in June
The Brazilian automotive sector’s performance decelerated in June, Kallanish notes. Production and domestic sales fell, while exports continue improving month-on-month.
According to local automotive association Associação Nacional dos Fabricantes de Veículos Automotores (Anfavea), production decreased 1.1% month-on-month in June to 203,598 vehicles. Output, however was 21.5% higher compared to 167,547 units a year earlier. During J…
