Lower Brazilian consumption sees exports increase
Brazilian steel exports continued climbing month-on-month in October. The growth is explained by the progressive lowering of domestic consumption to traditional levels since the beginning of the second half of the year. High steel prices mean imports are relatively stable, Kallanish notes.
