Brazilian flats sales rise in January
Flat steel sales by Brazilian distributors increased year-on-year in January, Kallanish notes. The sector is anticipating that the positive momentum will also continue this month, says national steel distributors’ association Inda. Flat product sales and purchases from distributors and service centres in Brazil will stay almost flat on-month in February, according to the Inda forecast.
