Brazilian flats' imports by distributors continue to fall
Flat steel imports by Brazilian distributors fell year-on-year and month-on-month in August, Kallanish learns from data issued by the country's national distributors' association, Inda.
During the eight months, imports of flat steel were 99,300 tonnes, down -14.7% compared to August 2017, and -10.9% when compared to July 2018.
