Brazilian flat steel sales rise in November
Flat steel sales by Brazilian distributors increased year-on-year in November, Kallanish notes. The sector, however, is anticipating that the positive momentum will turn in December, says national steel distributors’ association Inda.
Flat product sales from distributors and service centres in Brazil are set to fall by -30%, while purchases will increase by 10% month-on-month in December, according to the Inda forecast.
