Brazilian automotive sector recovers in May
Brazil saw automotive production and exports both improve in May, according to local automotive association Associação Nacional dos Fabricantes de Veículos Automotores (Anfavea) data monitored by Kallanish. The sector’s performance also remained higher on-year in the first five months of 2021.
Brazilian automotive production increased 1% month-on-month in May to 192,843 vehicles. This volume was also 149,763 units more on-year.…
