Brazil extends anti-dumping duties on heavy plate
Brazil has extended its definitive anti-dumping measures on imports of carbon steel heavy plate from China, Ukraine, South Africa and South Korea for up to 5 years starting from 2 October. This is according to a document from the local foreign trade secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Industry (Secex/MDIC) monitored by Kallanish.
