Brazil boosts LatAm exports to US in April
Latin American steel shipments into the US increased on-month in April. The growth was mainly supported by higher shipments from Brazil, which returned as the region’s leading exporter to the US.
LatAm shipments to the US however fell on-year and were down in January-April, Kallanish notes. Latin America in this context includes South and Central American countries together with Mexico.
