DOC slashes CVD rate on BMB’s OCTG imports
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has revised downwards the countervailing duty (CVD) set on oil and gas pipe imports by Turkey’s Borusan Mannesmann Boru (BMB), the welded pipe maker says.
