Bolivia’s ESM steel mill begins trials in October
Construction of Bolivia’s first steelmaking complex in Mutún is expected to be completed this year. According to the president of state-owned Empresa Siderúrgica del Mutún (ESM), Jorge Alvarado Rivas, the plant is expected to start trials in October.
