El Mutún mill construction to begin in January
The Bolivian state-owned Empresa Siderúrgica del Mutún (ESM) says that the country`s government has made the payment of the first funds towards the construction of the steelmaking complex in El Mutún. This is according to the ESM`s president Vicente Jesús Lara Flores, speaking to local media and monitored by Kallanish.
