BMZ ramps up steel cord shipments
Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ) plans to produce and ship more steel products from its wire shops by the end of August, the company says.
The volume will amount to 30,000 tonnes of steel cord and wire for various purposes, the firm says. This is almost three times more than it was in May, when the global steel market saw a sharp slump in demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
