BMZ reaches seamless pipe production milestone
Belorussian steelmaker BMZ has reached the milestone of one million tonnes hot-rolled seamless tube production. The batch of pipes which set the record will be shipped to an undisclosed customer in the USA within the oil and gas industry.
The milestone was reached at the BMZ's pipe manufacturing facility on 30 August, it says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
