BMZ increases pipe exports to Europe, Russia
Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ) increased its pipe exports in January-March, the company says. Shipments amounted to 32,000 tonnes of hot-rolled seamless pipes, which is three times more than in the first quarter of 2020, Kallanish notes. In monetary terms, exports amounted to over $25 million.
The key consumers were the countries of the European Union and Russia, which accounted for 45% and 42% of the total export of these products, respectively.
