Beltrame offers to buy refractory company Sanac
Italian steelmaker Beltrame intends to acquire local refractory specialist Sanac. The steelmaker has placed a bid for the company, which is under special administration, sources close to the matter confirm to Kallanish.
Sanac’s financial situation deteriorated in 2015 when the company with four production units was put under special administration due to insolvency. According to rumours, the former Ilva owed Sanac over €30 million ($32m). Several offers…
