Baotou Steel lifts, Shagang lowers March flats offers
Baotou Iron & Steel in Inner Mongolia released its March flat product offers on 26 February. It plans to lift prices by CNY 150/tonne ($21.36/t) for all kinds of products on the basis of January offers. Shagang, however, has decided to lower its flats offers in March, Kallanish notes.
