Baosteel Zhanjiang orders thick slab caster
Baosteel Zhanjiang, located in China's Guangdong province, has ordered one bow-type two-strand thick slab caster from Primetals Technologies. This equipment enables the plant to produce heavy-guage plate for sectors such as shipbuilding and wind turbines, Kallanish notes.
