Baosteel lifts June offers moderately, Angang holds
China’s leading flat steel manufacturer Baosteel has moderately lifted offers of some products for June sales, while Anshan Iron & Steel (Angang) and its subsidiary Benxi Iron & Steel (Bengang) chose to maintain quotations level compared with May, Kallanish notes.
For June domestic sales, Baosteel has added CNY 50/tonne ($6.9/t) on quotations for hot rolled coil, pickled, galvalume, and high aluminium-zinc-aluminium-magnesium steel.
