Baosteel Group renames to Baowu Group
Baosteel has announced to the Shanghai Stock Exchange that since 17 November Baoseel Group has officially changed its name to Baowu Iron and Steel Group. Strong share prices suggest the market is reacting positively to news of the merger, Kallanish notes.
