Baosteel Desheng adds 700,000t steel annealing capacity
Baosteel Desheng, part of Baosteel's stainless steel division, is adding a 700,000 tonnes/year hot-rolled annealing and pickling line, according to the China Special Steel Association. The total investment will reach CNY 450 million ($65.23m) based on the open bidding notice, Kallanish notes.
