Stock exchange seeks Baosteel, Wisco merger plan correction
Baosteel and Wisco have both published their merger draft plan, but the asset transfer timelines were found to be inconsistent. Both have been asked to correct this and other issues and publish new merger plans before 11 October, according to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
