Azovstal begins production of new heavy plate
Ukraine’s Azovstal steelworks, part of Metinvest, has launched production of two new types of heavy plate, says the Mariupol city administration.
In September, it started production of product with a thickness of 80mm. In addition, an order was completed for the production of 60mm thick steel of 09G2S grade for the manufacture of building structures.
