Avtovaz increases car output, confirms 2023 production plan
Russian carmaker Avtovaz increased car production in the first half of the year amid Western sanctions and a shortage of some auto components, the company says.
In January-June, output amounted to 135,270 vehicles, up by 48.7% on-year, Kallanish notes. In June alone, Avtovaz and its subsidiaries produced 15,465 units, double on-year.
