AVTOVAZ, GAZ resume car production after holidays
Russian carmakers AVTOVAZ and the Gorky Automobile Plant (GAZ) have resumed production after the May holidays and a planned corporate holiday, which took place from 2-5 May, Kallanish notes.
AVTOVAZ announced earlier that due to a disruption in the supply of a number of components, it has brought forward its summer corporate vacation, which was scheduled for three weeks from 24 July, to the period from 29 May to 19 June.
