Australian authorities consider cartel charges against BlueScope
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is reportedly considering bringing charges against steelmaker BlueScope and a former executive following an investigation into an alleged attempt establish a cartel. The reports in The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age follow their victory in court to secure the release of court documents containing the allegations, Kallanish notes.
