Atlas Iron board considers Hancock offer
The Atlas Iron acquisition saga continues apace, Kallanish notes.
In a statement, the Western Australian mining junior says that its board has considered the offer launched on 18 June as an off-market takeover bid by Gina Reinhard's Hancock Prospecting. Atlas had already accepted a scheme proposal by fellow mining junior Mineral Resources Limited (MRL).
