Crisis severely hits AST output
Production at troubled stainless steel producer Acciai Speciali Terni (AST) part of ThyssenKrupp should be -35% down compared to the previous forecast of 1 million tonnes this year. This was revealed by ceo Stefano Burelli to Italian authorities during a video conference call with the government and the unions.
